Hong Cho Jelly


Recipe for 2-3 servings

Main Ingredients

3/4 cup of hongcho-flavour of your choice 
3/4 cup of hot water
2 tablespoons gelatin powder/ konnyaku powder (available at our outlet)
20 green grapes/ berries/ fruit of your choice
Mix the gelatin in hot water until completely dissolved
Add hongcho into gelatin mixture and mix
Place green grapes/ fruits into jelly mould
Refrigerate mixture for 2-3 hours or until jelly have hardened
Ready to serve!
